EXERCISE THERAPY
What is Exercise Therapy

Move Pain Free

Hit New Personal Bests

Show Up Stronger In All Aspects Of Your Life
How can Exercise Therapy help you?
Your body is designed to move, and how well you move influences how well you live.
Pain, stiffness, or movement restrictions shouldn’t dictate what you can and cannot do.
Whether you’re dealing with recurring discomfort, recovering from an injury, or striving for new personal bests, Exercise Therapy goes beyond conventional fitness training to uncover what’s holding you back.
Through precise functional assessments, we identify the imbalances and movement dysfunctions that may be contributing to your limitations. Targeted corrective exercises and personalized training help restore efficient movement, build strength, and reduce injury risk.
The goal? Less pain, more freedom, and the confidence to hike, ski, cycle, play, and live life to the fullest.

Why I became an EXERCISE THERAPIST with DISTINCTION
In over 40 years in the fitness and wellness profession, I’ve completed countless workshops, courses, and certifications. Without question, the Exercise Therapy Association’s (ETA) science-based approach stands above anything else I’ve experienced.
What excites me most is the results. Through precise functional assessments and targeted corrective techniques, clients can experience remarkable, sometimes immediate improvements. That “WOW” moment when someone finally discovers what’s contributing to their pain or movement restrictions—and realizes something can be done about it—is incredibly rewarding.
I pursued my Certified Exercise Therapist with Distinction designation by going beyond the standard certification, completing eight additional specialized modules, examinations, and practical assessments.
For me, it’s about more than exercise. It’s about finding solutions, restoring freedom of movement, and helping people get back to doing what they love.
